God With Me (“the App”) provides offline spiritual pauses, prayers, quotes, and calming exercises for difficult moments. The App is published by Manevo.
Store agreements
On iOS, use is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). On Android, use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Play payment / subscription policies.
Content sources
Scripture quotations use public-domain editions cleared for free commercial use: World English Bible (English), Biblia Gdańska (Polish), and Reina-Valera 1909 (Spanish). Prayers and guided-session prose are original editorial content written for the App. Narration is produced in advance under an ElevenLabs paid plan that includes commercial usage rights; free-plan and Beta outputs are excluded from commercial builds.
Not medical care
The App is not a medical, psychological, or crisis service. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number.
Local data
Most content works offline and stays on your device. Journal entries, prayer intentions, thought-shelf items, favorites, and session history are stored locally unless you export or back them up yourself.
Premium
Premium features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, trials, and renewals are shown in the store product sheet at purchase time. You may cancel a subscription in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the applicable store under that store’s rules.
License
Your license to the App, its compilation, design, recordings, and original editorial content is for personal, non-commercial use. This restriction does not claim copyright in the underlying public-domain Scripture texts. Do not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer protected parts of the App except as allowed by law.
Updates
We may update these terms when the App is updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
